Individuals and organizations alike are eager for more innovative modes and processes of thinking and operation. Recently 35,000 persons from around the globe engaged in an on-line Stanford course on creativity as an indication of the intense interest in the subject. Facilitating group creativity and innovative action has always been a challenge, perhaps never more so than when a group is tasked to “think out of the box” on the spot and come up with new solutions to a problem or a situation.

Come join with us for this one-day highly interactive new ToP course. We will explore, demonstrate, and practice multiple group creativity and innovation tools and frameworks with an emphasis on ways to foster a creative culture in teams. Participants will take away multiple methods and exercises to use for:
