Have you ever facilitated a session and thought you would be much more effective if you could read minds?

Unfortunately, telepathy isn’t quite feasible. However, there are tools that can help you better understand what’s going on in someone else’s head and help you more effectively share what’s going on in yours with a wide variety of personality types and thinking styles. These tools can help you lead more productive sessions and provide better outcomes for your clients.

Using the Gallup StrengthsFinder Assessment participants will:

Understand your own strengths and how they work together.
Discover how others see the world, communicate and take action based on their strengths.
Appreciate, respect and value the intrinsic nature of who you are and the uniqueness of each person.
Learn how to communicate across strengths.
Guide groups to create teams based on the strengths needed to accomplish the task
Enhance productivity, communication, and teamwork.

Participants in this session will take the Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment before the session and will learn how to interpret and use the results during the workshop.
