Join us in a one-day learning adventure in expanding awareness and discerning adaptive actions in an advanced course on using the Focused Conversation Method (ORID)

Explore recent creative uses of this foundational ToP method
Discover new ways to apply the ORID framework
Design and practice various forms of group interactions

This particular offering of the ToP Focused conversation method is a new synthesis of years of experience in facilitation and training in the ToP methods hundreds of times in many countries. It was offered for the first time at IAF in Asia last year in Singapore to both ToP practitioners and non-practitioners alike with rave reviews. You will receive a 40 page color workbook outlining these pieces.
