Community Development Resources Development Team:
2013 Accomplishments: Community Development course held in Minnesota; develop mini resource kit and engage in action learning projects each quarter (Q1 – Minnesota; Q2 – California; Q3 – South; Q4 – Haiti)

Community of Practice Team:
2013 Victory: For Region (VA, NC, SC, DE) have people on the journey so that there is a complete system (registrars, trainers, mentors) for the region in place
2013 Accomplishments:
- Developed system/developed framework
- Track where they are now
- Figure out opportunity barriers for people becoming trainers, etc (more courses?, change timing)
- Look into raising funds through ICA to accelerate training (scholarships/ expenses)
- Get commitment from some people to be part of this
- Map on the ToP web sites of registrars, trainers, mentors and training

2013 Victory: Document the integration of creativity approaches and principles in at least 2 ToP Courses
2013 Accomplishments:
- Conducted Inventory on survey monkey – how creativity is being used in public courses and facilitation practice
- Compiled and evaluated results of # 1
- Offered recommendations for additional creativity tools and practices to align with ToP work(tools for different learning modalities)
- Explored design tools on creativity

Customer Fulfillment
2013 Victory:
- Website is operational and meets the needs of ICA Top Trainers and registrars
- All ToP courses through the website
- All registrar teams are trained
- We have agreement by ICA and the ToP trainers/registrars with regards to ToP Training program procedures & policies
2013 Accomplishments:
- Virtual training sessions for all registrars held
- First edition user guide is complete
- Defining and coming to agreement with regards to the training policies and procedures that define the system business requirements
- Refinement of system set-up to fulfill revised business requirements

Public Health in ToP (PHiT) Team Report
2013 Victory: “Sticky” marketing materials
2013 Accomplishments:
- Communication and marketing tools for ToP in Public Health – make it “sticky” (clarifies the message – simple & profound)
- Mapping of ToP methods and how they fit with Public Health’s program planning and community planning models (like Logic Model and MAPP)
- Stories of how the methods work in Public Health
- Description of how ToP methods (particularly strategic planning) can be integrated with Logic Model
