NOVEMBER THEME

PUBLIC HEALTH

ToP Network is proud of the contributions made by dedicated Network members and other ToP practitioners in partnership with the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO).   As part of our theme for November, we call attention to NACCHO’s recent publications that incorporate ToP methods, designs and processes for work in community planning.

Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP) is a framework  for community-driven strategic planning for improving community health.  Click here for an overview of MAPP.  A copy of NACCHO’s “Mobilizing Action for Planning and Partnership – MAPP User’s Handbook” is available at no charge from NACCHO. (Note:  For access to the Handbook, sign into the MAPP Network, an online forum for MAPP communities at http://mappnetwork.naccho.org)

For more information, read about ToP Processes and MAPP.  Look for more information about the work of ToP practitioners in public health as the month progresses.  For an initial overview, go to Public Health and ToP Methods.
