Title: Integrate Go-to Organization Development Frameworks with ToP Facilitation for Effective Client Outcomes

Session Description: So often as facilitators, we are asked to support clients with organization development questions and dilemmas. Employing ToP methods doesn't happen in a vacuum, but within the context of the life cycles of organizations and teams. Let's position ToP facilitative work within the values and premises of dialogic OD, and then explore a couple of commonly used OD frameworks or theories around topics such as team building, conflict management, transitions, leadership development, etc. and share how you might integrate these with your clients and ToP facilitation work. 

Presenter:

Manal Sayid, MBA ([email protected]) - fresh to this arena, loves helping social profit leaders navigate change through participatory planning that aligns their team, improves morale, and helps everyone buy in to the goals of the organization. Manal also serves as a member of the ToP Network Board.  

Laura Johansson ([email protected]), is a Certified ToP Facilitator (CTF) and aToP Mentor Trainer with her MSOD.
