Session Description: Authentic Relating Games are interactive, structured activities designed to foster deeper connections between participants. These games encourage vulnerability, empathy, and understanding through various exercises that focus on honest expression and active listening. Participants engage in pairs or small groups, sharing personal experiences, feelings, and perspectives. The workshop aims to enhance interpersonal skills, build community, and create a safe space for meaningful human connection. Suitable for diverse groups, it promotes self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
